Insurance and cost
You should know what treatment will cost before you agree to it. We verify your insurance benefits before treatment begins and explain, in plain numbers, what your plan covers and what you would owe.

How benefits verification works
Send us your details
Use the insurance verification form, call us, or bring your card to your consultation.
We contact your plan
We check coverage for the services we’re recommending, whether we’re in-network or out-of-network for you, and whether prior authorization is needed.
We explain it to you
You hear what’s covered, what isn’t and what your share would be, before any treatment is scheduled.
What insurance usually covers
Coverage follows the diagnosis and your plan’s rules, and it varies a great deal.
- TMS for major depression is covered by many plans once certain medication trials are documented. Most require prior authorization.
- TMS for OCD is covered by some plans, usually after documented trials of medication and therapy.
- Off-label uses, including TMS for autism and ADHD, are covered less often. We check, and we tell you plainly.
- qEEG and psychotherapy coverage depends on your plan and the reason for the service.
If something isn’t covered
We offer self-pay options and will give you the full cost in writing before you start. If your plan denies a service we believe should be covered, we’ll explain your options, including appeals.
Common questions
Are you in-network with my plan?
It depends on the plan. When we verify your benefits we’ll tell you whether we’re in-network or out-of-network for you and what that means for your costs.
Do I need a referral?
You can contact us directly. If your plan requires a referral or prior authorization, we’ll tell you when we verify your benefits and help with the paperwork.
How much does treatment cost without insurance?
It depends on the plan we recommend after your brain map. We give you self-pay pricing in writing before you commit to anything.
Want us to check your benefits?
Call us with your insurance card handy, or send the insurance verification form. We’ll take it from there.
