MeRT Therapy: Autism spectrum care that unlocks unseen potential for those on the spectrum.

Autism

Reign-Bow Treatment Center  offers MeRT treatment for children and adults who have Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).  MeRT is a targeted approach to real brain health and cognitive improvement.

Early intervention can be key to the child’s development.

A diagnosis of autism can be challenging as well as life changing for parents. Those on the spectrum do not usually grow out of autism, but with MeRT it is possible for them to manage day to day actives with it.

MeRT (Magnetic E (EEG and EKG) Resonance Therapy is not currently FDA cleared for autism, and is considered “off label.” However, studies have shown that for many children  MeRT is  instrumental in helping develop skills to communicate, socialize and function more effectively .

The equipment used for treatment is FDA-cleared. MeRT therapy seen some incredible success in improving symptoms of Autism Spectrum Disorder such as  impulsivity, eye contact, anger, aggression, language, reading comprehension, emotional availability, gross motor functions, verbal expression, sustained attention, better sleep hygiene, or independence .

The MeRT Approach to Autism Treatment

To help your child, Reign-Bow Treatment Center provides a breakthrough treatment called MeRT or Magnetic e-Resonance Therapy. MeRT uses gentle magnetic waves to stimulate brain waves that are not currently function at their highest compacity. The qEEG and the EKG allows us guided information need to create a brain map of the waves to put together the protocols.

MeRT  therapy provides many parents the ability to see there child independence, the ability to have a good nights rest, the ability to see their child become more social with peers as well as other family members and the ability to communicate verbally. We are committed to walking this journey with you and your child. Our mission is to "See You On The Other Side Of The Reign-Bow"

“TWO CHILDREN CAN BE ON THE AUTISM SPECTRUM, AND HAVE VERY DIFFERENT BEHAVIOR AND DEVELOPMENT PROFILES.”

The brains ability to transition through various brain wave frequencies plays a large role in how successful we are at managing stress, focusing on task, and getting a good night's sleep. If one of the five types of brain waves is either overproduces and or under produced in our brain, it can cause disruptions in the functioning of the brain. For this reason, it is important to understand that there is no single brain wave that is "better or more "optimal" than the others Each serves a purpose to help us cope with various situations - whether it is to help us process and learn new information or help us calm down after a long stressful day.

The autism population the qEEG often shows us a disruption or deficiency of alpha activity in the frontal lobe region. The Alpha wave bridges the gap between our conscious thinking and subconscious mind. Alpha is the frequency between Beta and Theta . too much alpha can cause daydreaming, inability to focus or too relaxed. Too little Alpha will cause anxiety, high stress, insomnia and OCD.
